TENTANG LAPORAN TAHUNAN ABOUT THE ANNUAL REPORT Selamat datang pada Laporan Tahunan PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk 2021 dengan tema “Transformation Toward World-Class Precast Company”. Tema tersebut dipilih berdasarkan analisis dan kajian yang mendalam berdasarkan fakta dan perkembangan PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk di sepanjang tahun 2021 serta masa depan keberlanjutan bisnis PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk. Tujuan utama penyusunan Laporan Tahunan PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk adalah meningkatkan keterbukaan kepada seluruh Pemegang Saham dan Pemangku Kepentingan serta memenuhi kepatuhan terhadap Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 29/ POJK.04/2016 tentang Laporan Tahunan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik dan Surat Edaran Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 30/SEOJK.04/2016 Tentang Bentuk dan Isi Laporan Tahunan Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik. Sebagai wujud komitmen pelaksanaan best practice terhadap pelaksanaan prinsip-prinsip Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik atau Good Corporate Governance (GCG), penyampaian laporan ini meliputi beberapa aspek yang merupakan bagian dari interpretasi atas isi laporan Tahunan. Dengan demikian, Perusahaan berharapmelalui Laporan Tahunan ini dapat mendorong keterbukaan informasi yang wajar. The theme was chosen based on in-depth analysis and study on the facts and business development of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk throughout 2021 and the future business sustainability of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk. The main objective of preparing the Annual Report of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk is to increase transparency to the entire Shareholders and Stakeholders as well as to comply with Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 29/POJK.04/2016 concerning Annual Report of Issuers or Public Companies and Financial Services Authority Circular Letter No. 30/SEOJK.04/2016 concerning the Form and Content of Annual Report of Issuers or Public Companies. In order to embody the commitment to carry out best practices towards the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles, the submission of this report includes several aspects that are part of the interpretation of the Annual report contents. Accordingly, the Company expects this Annual report to encourage increased disclosure of reasonable information.
