Imam Bonjol No. 52, Desa Kalijaya, Kecamatan Cikarang, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat, atas nama Perusahaan senilai Rp58.218.498.201 (Catatan 16) sudah diikat Hak Tanggungan (HT) • Accounts receivable of the Company as of December 31, 2017 amounting to Rp240,461,410,753 (Note 6) has been tied by fiduciary. • One plot of land and building with an area of 70,099 m² according to SHGB 00032/Cibatu, located at Jalan Raya Sadang, Subang No. 28, Km 15, Mekarsari Village, RT 05 RW 02, Cibatu Village, Cibatu District, Purwakarta Regency, West Java with a binding value of Rp88,340,004,000 which has been given a Power of Attorney to Impose Mortgage Rights No. 174 dated on 30 June 2015 by Wenda Taurusita Amidjaja, S.H., Notary in Jakarta. • A plot of land and a building with land use rights (SHGB) No. 02/Kalijaya dated on February 16, 1988 and the right will expired on February 16, 2018, an area of 16,620 sqm, located at Jl. Imam Bonjol No. 52, Desa Kalijaya, Kecamatan Cikarang, Kabupaten Bekasi, West Java, under the name of the Company amounted to Rp58,218,498,201 (Note 16) has been tied by Guarantee Right.
