Inovasi Baru New Innovation Kilas Kinerja 2021 Performance Overview 2021 Laporan Manajemen Management Reports Profil Perusahaan Company Profile Tinjauan Pendukung Bisnis Business Support Unit Laporan Tahunan 2021 PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk 10 Transformasi Menuju Perusahaan Precast Kelas Dunia INOVASI BARU NEW INNOVATION Sepanjang tahun 2021, Perusahaan menganggarkan biaya penelitian dan pengembangan sebesar Rp595.485.789 pada 2021, turun dibandingkan tahun 2020, yang mencapai Rp719.875.726. Penurunan terjadi karena jumlah inovasi tahun 2020 lebih besar dari tahun 2021. Banyak pekerjaan inovasi di tahun 2019 diselesaikan pada tahun 2020, sementara karena dampak pandemi COVID-19, terjadi penurunan jumlah inovasi di tahun 2021. Perusahaan berhasil mewujudkan beberapa inovasi di bidang produk yang dilakukan oleh Divisi Engineering, Research & Development (ERD). Adapun inovasi-inovasi tersebut adalah sebagai berikut: Proyek Jalan Tol Cibitung-Cilincing Flyover KAI KAI’s Cibitung-Cilincing Flyover Toll Road Project 1. Inovasi Penampang PC-I Girder menjadi Semi T Girder Peningkatan pembangunan infrastuktur di Indonesia memberi peluang yang cukupbesar untuk pemakaian produk balok Girder , khususnya tipe (PC-I). Pada struktur balok Girder dengan penampang tipe I (PC-I) dengan panjang bentang (L) lebih besar dari 45m, rentan terjadi permasalahan defleksi arah horizontal (defleksi lateral). Defleksi lateral ini umumnya terjadi saat proses stressing dan saat proses pengangkutan ( lifting ). Inovasi yang dilakukan Tim Engineering, Research & Development (ERD) untuk mengurangi defleksi lateral ini adalah dengan melakukan perubahan dimensi pada penampang PC-I Girder , yaitu dengan melakukan inovasi pada rasio kelangsingan antara panjang produk terhadap dimensi penampang. Dengan melakukan pelebaran pada bagian sayap atas penampang PC-I Girder , sehingga terlihat seperti profil Semi T. Perubahan dimensi ini meningkatkan inersia penampang Girder terutama arah lateral sehingga Girder dapat diereksi tanpa bantuan Stiffener . A lot of innovation work in 2019 was completed in 2020, while due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a decrease in the number of innovations in 2021. The company succeeded in realizing several innovations in the field of products carried out by the Engineering, Research & Development (ERD) Division. These innovations are as follows: 1. PC-I Girder Cross Section Innovation to Semi T Girder Increased infrastructure development in Indonesia provides a huge opportunity for the use of beam Girder products, especially type (PC-I). In the beam Girder structure with a cross section of type I (PC-I) and a span length (L) greater than 45m, prone to horizontal deflection problems (lateral deflection). This lateral deflection generally occurs during the stressing process and the lifting process. The innovation made by the Engineering, Research & Development (ERD) Team to reduce this lateral deflection is changing the dimensions of PC-I Girder cross-section, namely by innovating the slenderness ratio between product length and cross-sectional dimensions. By widening the top wing of PC-I Girder section, hence looks like Semi T profile. This dimensional change increases the inertia of the Girder section, especially the lateral direction so that the Girder can be erected without the help of Stiffener.
