Spun Pretensioned Spun High Strength Concrete (PHC) Pretensioned Spun High Strength Concrete (PHC) is a high-strength pile, which is produced using centrifugal force with the main material that can ensure the stability of building structure foundation. Spun Pile PHC is planned to have a concrete strength of 800 kg/cm 2 , so that it has high resistance to impact. Spun Pile PHC WSBP is available in several diameters, from D400 mm to D1000 mm with several grades. In 2021, PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) is collaborating with CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Co. Ltd. And obtained an overseas project, namely the Myanmar Thilawa Shipyard Port project. In this project, WSBP supplies Spun Pile products (K-800 quality) or PHC Piles (Pretensioned Spun High Strength Concrete Piles) with a length of 10 to 15 meters. The project obtained in Myanmar is WSBP’s first overseas project, thus WSBP still has the opportunity to obtain similar projects in the future. In addition, WSBP has proven its capability in producing PHC Piles in accordance with standard indicators from abroad. Inovasi produk ini telah digunakan pada proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Bekasi, Cawang, Kampung Melayu (Becakayu) Seksi 2A, proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Cibitung Cilincing, proyek Jalan Tol Jakarta-Cikampek 2 Selatan, dan yang masih taraf penawaran adalah proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Kapal Betung, Palembang. Pengiriman Produk Spun Pile ke Proyek Pelabuhan Thilawa Shipyard Myanmar Delivery of Spun Pile Products to Myanmar’s Thilawa Shipyard Port Project 2. Spun Pretensioned Spun High Strength Concrete (PHC) Pretensioned Spun High Strength Concrete (PHC) merupakan tiang pancang berkekuatan tinggi, yang diproduksi menggunakan gaya sentrifugal dengan bahan utama yang dapat menjamin stabilitas pondasi struktur bangunan. Spun Pile PHC direncanakan untukmemiliki kekuatan beton 800 kg/cm² sehingga memiliki ketahanan yang tinggi terhadap benturan. Spun Pile PHC WSBP tersedia dalam beberapa diameter, mulai dari D400 mm sampai D1000 mm dengan beberapa kelas. Di tahun 2021 ini, PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) bekerja sama dengan CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Co. Ltd. memperoleh proyek di luar negeri, yaitu proyek Pelabuhan Thilawa Shipyard Myanmar. Pada proyek ini, WSBP men- supply produk Spun Pile (mutu K-800) atau disebut PHC Pile ( Pretensioned Spun High strength Concrete Piles ) dengan panjang 10 sampai 15 meter. Proyek yang diperoleh di Myanmar ini merupakan proyek perdana WSBP di luar negeri, sehingga WSBP masih memiliki peluang untuk mendapatkan proyek sejenis ke depannya. Selain itu, WSBP telah membuktikan bahwa WSBP mampu memproduksi PHC Piles sesuai dengan indikator standar dari luar negeri.
