Restrukturisasi Fasilitas Pinjaman (Dampak Covid 19) atas Konstruksi plafon yang semula Rp1.000.000.000.000 menjadi Rp915.099.000.000. 2. Suku bung semula 9,25% menjadi 8%. 3. Jangka waktu 12 bulan sejak tanggal jatuh tempo yaitu sampai dengan tanggal 30 Mei 2022. 4. Agunan berupa agunan pokok berupa Proyek-proyek yang dibiayai BRI minimal mengcover 120% OS Pinjaman senilai Rp1.104.000.000.000 dalam bentuk Fidusia 9Baru) dan sebagai agunan tambahan berupa tanah di desa Gasing kecamatan Talang Kelapa, Banyuasin, Sumatra Selatan senilai Rp175.000.000.000, sehingga jumlah agunan sebesar Rp1.279.000.000.000. Collateral in the form of principal collateral in the form of projects financed by BRI at least cover 120% OS Loans worth Rp. 1,104,000,000,000 in the form of 9 Baru Fiduciary) and as additional collateral in the form of land in Gasing village, Talang Kelapa sub-district, Banyuasin, South Sumatra worth Rp175.000,000,000, so the amount of collateral isRp1,279,000,000,000.
